For my system:

from /etc/rc.conf

network_interfaces="de0 sis0 lo0" #List of network interfaces (lo0 is loopback)
ifconfig_de0="inet 192.168.1.1 netmask 255.255.255.0 media 10base2/BNC"
ifconfig_sis0="inet 64.81.20.229 netmask 255.255.255.0"

de0 is the device for one card and sis0 is the device for the other
