Hey,

Just chiming in to say that the patch looks good to me; feel free to
commit it (along with a port revision bump, of course).

I unfortunately broke this when I took a sed command out of
post-patch. According to the change log, the configure script is
supposed to properly handle cases where the arch is called amd64
instead of x86_64. Knowing my luck, it is no surprise that it didn't
work. ;) I guess I should start sending some patches upstream.
