And if ftp just won't cooperate with you, you can always go to

http://torrents.FreeBSD.org:8080/

grab a torrent file using HTTP and use a BitTorrent client to get what 
you need.  Unless, of course, your local firewall/network/ISP/etc blocks 
BitTorrent also.
