		I've run into similar problems many days ago.
		au -aa was backgrounded, but then any of the
		NAS suite either hang or complain that they
		cannot connect with the server.

		Last week I returned my CDROM drive for repair
		or replacement and so am stalled regarding 
		builds or re-installing things.  But once my
		CDROM drive in back, I'll try again; from
		scratch.  This can't be _that_ hard to figure
		out....   Hopefully!
