Has anyone got this working under FreeBSD 4.x? I'm pretty sure it's a winmodem.. my friend & I have searched and searched without any luck.. the only thing we found on it was in /usr/src/share/misc/pci_vendors Here's the modem info.. XP says it's on COM3.
