Hello. I was wondering if the RELENG_4 kernel supports smbfs, so I can mount samba shares in the local filesystem. This comes to mind because a man in the freebsd-stable mailing list mentioned debugging a panic due to smbfs.ko, which is nonexistent on my system. /sys doesn't even have a file that matches the name *smbfs*. Am I missing something here, or is there a kernel module called smbfs.ko, and does it do what I think it does? -- Andrew Hesford ajh3@chmod.ath.cx To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
