nope...

  sockstat -l  | grep -i vnc
  parv     Xvnc     90918    0 tcp4   *:6001                *:*
  parv     Xvnc     90918    3 tcp4   127.0.0.1:5901        *:*
  parv     Xvnc     90918    4 tcp4   127.0.0.1:5801        *:*


(it was started as: vncserver :1 -localhost. xstartup had one xterm
& a wm.)
