	This is a partial patch.  The one major block is the pid file.
	As it stands, with this patch, the code will attempt to put
	the PID at /var/run/run/stunnel.pid.  For my testing, I've
	created this directory and been successful in getting
	stunnel to run.

	Hopefully someone else can pick up and continue the process.

	NOTES: the home page has migrated which also means a master
	site has disappeared.
