in other words, do you mean that mozilla loads the last visited 
url instead of the one...

- entered in the "location" bar, or 
- being clicked the "go" button besides the "location" bar, or 
- entered in the duologue box (Shift-Ctrl-L), or
- clicked from the bookmark file?

if yes, then i have experienced the same problem and thus not
use mozilla as my primary browser instead of netscape. i use 
mozilla if i _make_an_effort_ (oh, the irony!) to use it. 

otherwise, if you meant that mozilla opens/fetches only the domain/host
location (http://foo.bar/) but not the page (http://foo.bar/fubar),
then i haven't experienced the problem.
