Kevin is correct for what you need to do by:

Uninstall clutter-cairo and reinstall cairo. I am not sure why your
portupgrade does not pick up the /usr/ports/MOVED:

# grep clutter /usr/ports/MOVED 
graphics/clutter-cairo|graphics/clutter|2009-11-28|This port is
obsolete, all functionality is now in graphics/clutter
