FreeBSD PR ports/22399 (PIB 1.2 still looks for MD5 info in
files/md5) notes an issue with sysutils/pib. It appears this port has
been marked as broken for more that a year.

If there is no interest in fixing this port perhaps it should be
removed. Is there a standard for how long a port should be allowed to be
broken before it's removed?
