It means, it runs here or somewhere else, but it might not run on your
setup without a bit more or less experimentation. Shall i say more ?

Now tell me, who shall _then_ write a driver for it ? Why do most of the
people point anywhere else but not to themselves when there is work to do ?

Quite contrary, someone should buy such a card! Its a good motivation to
write a driver for it :-)
