Umm... Above is installing situation or ??? What I said is
FreeBSD image installed from
FreeBSD-13.0-CURRENT-arm64-aarch64-*-memstick.img could not
boot but could be booted by boot partition
dd copy from
FreeBSD-13.0-CURRENT-arm64-aarch64-*-memstick.img to 
installed image test.img.
