What is your configuration?
Is the FreeBSD machine directly connected to three networks? (if so, you
probably have ifconfig'ed it the wrong way). Are those subnets you have
to go through a router to get to (then you probably have missing routing
table entries)? Are those subnets residing on the same cable (in which
case you need to define aliases + routing entries)?

To give you more help, we will need more info on the topology and
configuration of the network...
