Thank you! It seems that it fixes the panic. I've successfully done

  # ifconfig fxp0 inet 10.10.14.8/24
  # ifconfig carp0 create
  # ifconfig carp0 vhid 1 pass 12345678 10.10.14.4/24

It reports that fxp0 is in promiscuous mode. I don't know is it OK?
