AlanE, et al., I haven't developed a tenacious possessive or personal
attachment to the bits that I've touched last.  So long as you're not
rm -f'ing ,v files on ncvs, I don't care what folks do with bits that
I've last touched.

See src/tools/tools/backout_commit/backout_commit.rb if backing out
commits seems tedious or you're still doing them by hand.  It doesn't
merge changes, but it does make moving backward over a small or large
number of files pretty painless.  -sc


PS AlanE, didn't mean to single you out, I goobed up that commit when
trying to add devel to the categories, but was looking at the value
of the variable, not the key, so thank you.
