FTR, intrusive sweeping changes like these need to be discussed outside the
portmgr ivory tower. These regressed misc/susv2 misc/susv3 misc/susv4 which=
 no
longer served their purpose without the DOCS option, when DOCS was not a
semantic option but just framework formalism.

I am very unhappy there have not been head-ups.

Canonical workaround for the breakage introduced here:
OPTIONS_SLAVE=3DDOCS
