	The send-pr.sh script of Feb 23, 2000.

>Description:

The send-pr shell script sets MAIL_AGENT unconditionally. On
systems with dialup access, where sendmail might require some
custom invocation command line, this fails to use the default
value of MAIL_AGENT for the user who runs it.

>How-To-Repeat:

You can see the relevant command in the installed version of
	send-pr.sh script, by running:

	    grep MAIL_AGENT `which send-pr`

	By changing MAIL_AGENT=".." to MAIL_AGENT="${MAIL_AGENT:-..}"
any existing value of MAIL_AGENT is preserved.
