According to http://www.pgadmin.org/download/pgagent.php

"From pgAdmin v1.9 onwards, pgAgent is shipped as a separate application."

There is a download link where you can download the source.
http://www.postgresql.org/ftp/pgadmin3/release/pgagent/

I believe the port would just need to be updated to support the new
structure.
