Unless this is done within reasonable time, or reasonable arguments
against it are presented, I (as well as any other committer) WILL have
the authority to do so by virtue of "maintainer timeout".

Yes, and the "maintainer timeout" argument was what I presented to him.
And intend to use it again WRT koffice-kde3 fixes for -current...
