Hi Daniel,
i got it working last week by replacing the rdr and pass lines with
rdr inet proto tcp from <spamd> to $ext_if port smtp -> $ext_if port
8025
pass in on lo0 inet proto tcp from <spamd> to $ext_if port 8025
works like charm....
