No fortunes ? :( how sad!
Anyway, in tcsh it is started in each users .login file; you can change
the dot.login file in /usr/share/skel , and all new users will not see
fortunes upon login ( boo! ).

Edit each users' .login file; alternatively, you could copy one .login
file to everyone's directory ( save a little time :)
