Hello have you looked to your /etc/rc.conf
set to the following by adding:
powerd_enable=3D"YES"
power_flag'-i 85 -r 60 -p 100"
or
Now you can also modify this file: /etc/sysctl.conf or /boot/loader.conf
(CPU Frequency)
debug.cpufreq.lowest=3D600
To test live in your terminal you can set it with this command:
sysctl debug.cpufreq.lowest=3D600
Now you can set it to 1200 but I would recommend 100 at a time for =
testing.

Hyperthreading was disabled in bios, it is enabled now:
