I did some research, and tracked this board down as being the following:

  PILA8465 - Intel PRO/100 Smart Adapter
  (see: http://www.intel.com/network/doc/1868/INDEX.HTM#specs2 )

Does this make it incompatible? (kinda an obvious question)...

Is there any way to get it to work under FBSD?

If not, does anybody have any used, or cheap Pro/100B's hanging around???

Thanks!
 Eric
