When I was using 4.10 I had no problem with the time zones.  I too am in =
the central time zone, Minnesota, USA.  Did you accidentally select to =
use daylight savings time, or choose not to use it??  If you are in a =
CST/CDT area you'll switch to CST on Oct. 31.

on this version the central standart time is incorrect , for the united
states and mexico

you have to use belize , in that wy you can have -0600 gmt
