I hadn't heard of open_posix_testsuite.  That sounds perfect.  I'm very 
interested in your results.  There isn't a lot of automated testing of 
{clock_,}nanosleep in our tree, as far as I can see.

By the way, clock_nanosleep() is up for review.  I took the liberty of making 
you a subscriber.
