hello, with recent changes in bsd.port.mk, I cannot anymore compile postgresql7, mod_php4 ports with desired options (make configure in www/mod_php4 will show you a problem, if you compare your options with ones, that are in www/mod_php4/work/php-4.1.2/config.status), as any others, which has scripts/ directory at least. I'm not an expert in .mk files, please, back it out.
