Pretty much any Serverworks chipset board uses registered ECC memory.

Tyan, ASUS, Supermicro, Dell, IBM and Intel all ship Serverworks chipset
boards.  It also works on the Alpha (XP1000) and Compaq Blazer (ia64)
systems I've got.
