What if I create a PORTDOCS_JAVA variable for this in the bsd.java.mk ?

And perhaps a APIDOCS_JAVA for this?

I dunno, I want to think about this anyway, I don't want to bloat 
bsd.java.mk... I'm not sure this would be a good thing to do...
