For verification purposes I installed the linux xdoom binaries and it works. OTOH, a couple of binaries (coming with the Xinside OpenGL server for Linux) do not work. Looking at them I can state the following differences: # file ./xdoom /usr/bin/X11/xglinfo ./xdoom: Linux/i386 demand-paged executable (ZMAGIC) /usr/bin/X11/xglinfo: Linux/i386 demand-paged executable (QMAGIC) # Is QMAGIC == Elf and thus not supported? --Chris Christoph P.
