Yupe... bash was definitely the first package I installed after I
installed the core FreeBSD system =)

Well... I don't =)
Just asking what's suppose to be in /lkm and if I have made a mistake
that there isn't a single file in /lkm.
Now I got you and Oliver (and maybe others replying after I write this)
to clarify things up, now I understand... thanks ;)

Ha3x... I love my head... and I definitely won't beat my head just
because I have a 1.2 megs of /kernel =)
As a newbie... I was just trying to ask: "FreeBSD fellas... is it OK if I
have 1.2 megs for /kernel?" Now I know the answer is: "Yes John... it's
DEFINITELY oK!!!" ;)

| not sure, can other operating systems halt the machine? what command
| are you using to 'shutdown' ?

Linux, Windows 98, and beta version of Win2K can ;)
He3x... thanks to Oliver, now I know that all I have to do is to issue a
shutdown -p...
Like I've said in my reply to Oliver's mail, definitely have to re-read
all the FreeBSD manpages, cause there are a lot differences...

Thanks a million, once again =)
