} several Archie archives turned up nothing.  Is there a rock I forgot

I already received another message indicating that
the TAR file is gone. It had been announced as a 
beta version for public testing, and it may well
have been superseeded or retracted, meanwhile.

Just fetch

ftp://ftp.uni-koeln.de/packages/FreeBSD/distfile/DHCPD-BETA-0.tar.gz

if you want to give it a try anyway ...
