At a guess: you have or had linux_base-6 installed, or maybe an earlier
version of linux_base (7).

If you can deinstall the earlier version, it may help.  Otherwise, I've
had to delete /compat/linux before installing a different linux_base.  
*Don't* do that just yet, wait and see if someone has a better idea.
