I have a mini2440 sitting on my desk that I have had running FreeBSD to single-user mode. I'm unable to boot FreeBSD with USB support on it though so I haven't managed multi-user mode. As far as I know there is nobody working on S3C6410 support. I don't know how similar the peripherals on the chip are to the S3C24x0 chips to know how difficult it would be to port FreeBSD to it.
