I can confirm this is an issue with the driver. Popped in my PCIe NIC and my
problem is gone:

Not sure if there is anymore info you need, or what to do about a driver is=
sue
in ports. I suppose I could open an issue with the port, but it seems more =
like
it's something simply pulled down from upstream? I know that FreeBSD has so=
me
sort of realtek driver in base already. Would there be any plans to update =
it?
