so i need to tell the tuner it needs to be ntsc, is this accomplished with
the 
OVERRIDE_TUNER too, 9 for NTSC or 10 for PAL
that i see in a email from last night? it can be told to find the ntsc
tuner instead of the pal tuner i take it
