These are the steps I did: - Download 'inkscape1.0final.patch' as 'raw unified' diff file[1] - cd /usr/ports - patch -p1 < /path.to.patch/inkscape1.0final.patch - cd graphics/inkscape - rm -R *.orig - cd files - Remove all file with length '0' (=3D files deleted by the patch) Now this port version should be buildable.
