I have a P-II system with no swapspace other than a single 256mb swapfile and
128mb of RAM. However, whenever the system appears to try and use swap, I
get:
swap_pager: I/O error - async pageout failed; blkno 208, size 4096, error 6
swap_pager_finish: I/O error, clean of page 7ea6000 failed
I created the file with dd if=/dev/zero of=swapfile bs=4096 count=65536
(or something similar to that).
Any ideas?
