>Description:
devel/binutils and devel/libbfd both install the following

	 include/ansidecl.h
	 include/bfd.h
	 include/bfdlink.h
	 include/symcat.h
	 lib/libbfd.a
	 lib/libbfd.la

This clearly makes these two ports conflict, but none of them
	bears a proper CONFLICTS.
>How-To-Repeat:
>Fix:
Removing devel/libbfd or add proper CONFLICTS.
