On the console my pointer looks like a normal pointer...when I go into X it appears as a big white box....I'm using a serial mouse (with the sysmouse daemon ...I believe), and one of the x's for My S3 chipset (forget what exactly)...I have switched to a few different desktops...the problem continues....I also think I have switched servers ( I have kept the same chipset settings but switced resolution, and colour) Anybody have any ideas?
