Today I noticed that my system being sluggish and actually freezing up
for (somtimes) long periods when performing tasks - man [command] for
example, would hang for almost two minutes before returning with output.

I noticed this more clearly when cleaning my ports tree:

Nothing terribly obvious to me here. Here's my space allocation:

procfs 4 4 0 100% /proc
/usr/ports $

Can anyone explain what's up here?

Thanks for the time.
