You just pkg_delete and pkg_add them again; there is not (yet) any
way to automatically upgrade packages.

Reinstall it. :)

Not truly necessary, though if you really want to and have sources,
you can upgrade sysinstall by going to /usr/src/release/sysinstall
and doing a `make all install' as root.
