   Is there a list of SUP servers, also indicating which releases are
   provided (for example, nic.funet.fi servers -current, but does not
   have -stable).

Actually nic.funet.fi offers -stable, too. I sent the annoucement some
time ago. You can grab the supfiles from 
  
  ftp.funet.fi:/pub/mirrors/sup.freebsd.org/
