Hei!

libXext.so.6 is installed by XFree86-libraries-4.3.0. Maybe you have an
old version of XFree86 installed that doesn't work with KDE3.
Btw. KDE-3.1.4 is in the ports now, so you maybe want to cvsup first.
You should use portupgrade for upgrading your ports.
