Yes, hub is the FreeBSD web server.

What sort of errors do you experience -- are they timeouts?  If so,
I'm wondering whether you drop a lot of packets to/from FreeBSD's site
(there are known connectivity problems from certain other providers
(MCI, Sprint, and ANS).

My connection to FreeBSD.org is good.
