While I'm asking questions... is kdm meant to be usable in the default configuration? 3.2-RELEASE and 3.2-STABLE give me the errors below when I try to run. With a name like /usr/local/config/kdm/authdir/A:0-N10937 I suspect this file was supposed to be created by some utility, not a human. But I don't see anything in the docs.
