  Thanks Adam, but I have been using FreeBSD since 2006 and always use rebuild world/kernel. I know this steps like Gebet.

 Well, I have found problem. Two options were commented

#WITHOUT_CDDL=true
#WITHOUT_CROSS_COMPILER=true 

and now all fine.
