 [ original spec' snipped...]

SUMMARY:
********

This system, as spec'ed, seems like a desktop system which is being
upgraded to a "server" through [possibly obsolete or Brand-X]
add-ons. You would probably be better served by having a "low end"
server, than a high-end desktop system.

You need to think about total cost of ownership, and on-site
administration. This machine will /not/ administer itself. Initial
purchase price is not the only contributor to cost-of-ownership.

The provider of your gambling/security/accounting/auditing software
should be consulted, too. They may have special advice.
