I observerd this on my P6NDF SuperMicro when booting from a floppy only.
I had to depress the space bar b4 the boot sequence hit the floppy to
be able to input from the key board. This was with the 10-14-96
boot.flp.
But since I didn't need to beeot from floppy, I never thought that much
of it, figured it was a fluke with my bios.
