The ports tree will be frozen in preparation for 4.6-RELEASE on
Friday, 24 May, at 8pm PST.  Please make sure all of your intended
commits are made by this time; afterwards only security fixes and
critical bug fixes will be accepted for the 4.6-RELEASE ports
collection.
